Your body is constantly changing, and your movement practice should be able to change with it. At The Mind Body Union, every session is an opportunity to build strength, improve mobility, develop body awareness, and feel more confident in the way you move.
Each session is thoughtfully adapted to you—your body, your goals, and where you are in your movement journey. Whether you’re new to Pilates, returning to movement, or looking to deepen an existing practice, you’ll be guided at a pace that feels right for you.

Tucked along the border of Carlsbad and Encinitas in beautiful Southern California, The Mind Body Union is an intimate home studio created for movement, connection, and time well spent with yourself.
This is a space to slow down, breathe, move with intention, and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re building strength, returning to movement, or simply making space for yourself, you’ll find a welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being exactly where you are.
All ages, genders, and movement experiences are welcome. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling a little more connected to yourself.
